AI Mom Tools is a store for downloadable digital guides, operated by SC Family Ventures LLC, doing business as AI Mom Tools (“we”, “us”). By buying from us or using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we sell
Practical, step-by-step guides delivered as downloadable files, sometimes bundled with a ready-made Claude Skill. Each guide is bought on its own.
Your purchases are permanent
When you buy a guide, access is tied to the email address you paid with. That access does not expire, and it survives a guide later leaving the catalogue — if you paid for it, you keep the ability to download it. There is no account to create and no password to remember; you prove access by confirming control of that email address.
Downloads are subject to a reasonable per-day limit to protect against shared or leaked links. A bundle of files counts as one download.
Payment and tax
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated and added at checkout based on your location, and remitted through Stripe.
How you may use what you buy
Guides and any included Skill are licensed to you for your own personal, household use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the files, or use them to build a competing product. We keep all intellectual property rights in the materials.
Third-party services
Our guides describe how to set up tools from other companies — for example Claude (Anthropic), Gmail and Google Calendar (Google). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for those companies. Your use of their services is governed by their terms, and any fees they charge are separate from what you pay us. Those services change, and a step in a guide may need adjustment as they do.
No warranty
The guides are informational. We put real care into them, but they are provided “as is”, without a warranty that a given setup will work in your particular environment or produce a particular result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site or anything you bought is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes to the catalogue
We may add, update or remove guides. Removing a guide does not refund or revoke a purchase already made — that access continues.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this page with the date it took effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
