Privacy Policy

This site is operated by SC Family Ventures LLC, doing business as AI Mom Tools. This policy explains what we collect and why. The short version: we collect the little we need to sell you a guide and let you download it again later, and nothing for advertising.
What we collect
- Your email address. It is how your purchase is recorded and how you get back to your downloads — we email you a one-time sign-in link rather than keeping a password.
- Purchase records. What you bought, when, the Stripe identifiers for the payment, and whether it was later refunded.
- Payment information — handled by Stripe, not by us.Card numbers and billing details go straight to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store them. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
- Download logs. When a download link is used we record which file, the time, and the requesting IP address and browser user-agent. This exists to detect a leaked or shared link. We never log the contents of a file.
- Sign-in sessions. After you sign in we set one cookie, scoped to aimomtools.com, so you stay signed in. Sign-in tokens sent by email are stored only as a hash and are single-use and short-lived.
- Basic server logs kept transiently by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
What we do not collect
No passwords. No advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing email — the only email you get from us is transactional: a receipt, a sign-in link, or a download link.
Why we are allowed to process it
Where the GDPR or similar law applies, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (delivering and re-delivering what you bought); our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and abuse of download links; and our legal obligation to keep tax and transaction records.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare — site hosting, database, file storage, and email delivery infrastructure.
- Stripe — payment processing and tax calculation.
- Resend — sending transactional email.
These providers process data in the United States and, potentially, elsewhere. Your data is processed in the US.
How long we keep it
Purchase and tax records are kept as long as we need them to honour the permanent-access promise on individual purchases and to meet legal and tax requirements. Sign-in tokens expire within minutes. Download logs and expired session data are swept on a regular schedule.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Deleting your email address ends your ability to sign in and re-download past purchases, and we may still need to retain a minimal transaction record for tax purposes. To make a request, email support@aimomtools.com from the address in question.
Children
This site is for adults buying tools for their household. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
